Robert Grossman was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. He has served on the regional board of directors of the National Speakers Association and is President-elect for 2020-2021. He is a member of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) and the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce. Robert attended Antioch University and has earned advanced certifications in team management and leadership, high-performance organizational design and leadership, and executive coaching. His consulting company’s name, Black Diamond Leadership, comes from Robert’s lifelong passion for skiing, where his leadership journey began. As a former volunteer member of the National Ski Patrol, he led a team of 40 emergency responders in Big Bear, CA.

Under his leadership, Focus Creative Group served Fortune 500 companies and international brands from Disney to WellPoint and earned more than two dozen industry awards for excellence. Waiting Room Theater, a subscription-based content management platform designed for medical office waiting rooms, collected 3,000 clients nationwide. Robert also served as executive chairman of the world’s largest CEO membership organization, Vistage Worldwide, Inc.
